The Lead Financial Analyst oversees the full diagnostic process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong analytical standards across every engagement. This role combines advanced technical training with professional accreditation, supported by an Accounting and Finance Advanced Diploma, a QuickBooks certification, and completion of the H and R Block Tax Course 1. Through this expertise, the Lead Analyst strengthens the firm’s internal systems, enhances operational efficiency, and maintains the quality of all diagnostic reports delivered to clients.
The Financial Diagnostics Intern contributes to financial statement analysis, research, data interpretation, and the development of diagnostic reports. This role is held by a final year Bachelor of Business Administration student with an accounting minor, supported by ongoing completion of the Investment Funds in Canada certification. The intern works under supervision to support analytical tasks, ensure clarity in reporting, and contribute to the firm’s commitment to precise and accessible financial interpretation.
